PhoneSoap Helps Raise Funds for Discovery Place Through Annual Auction
Last month PhoneSoap was proud to support Discovery Place in their annual fundraiser One Night Wonder - an event hosted to raise money to support their mission of providing educational opportunities to the 770,000 patrons who visit their four museums every year.
"Through a network of four hands-on museums in three different cities, educational outreach programs and professional development for pre K - 12 teachers throughout the region, Discovery Place is a leader in STEM education in the Carolinas.
We aspire to be at the forefront of transforming the way science, technology, and nature are explored and learned to inspire dreams, raise aspirations and motivate people of all ages to develop a lifelong love of learning."

Discovery Place museums can be found in the North Carolina, serving the Carolinas through STEM education (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics), exposing visitors and inquisitive minds to nature and new discoveries through hands-on experiences and exciting demonstrations.
This year, the theme of the event was "Future Shock" and featured technology and brands with ground-breaking products that will inevitably shape the future of travel, artificial intelligence, design, health, energy, security, and more.
PhoneSoap had the opportunity to display and donate a PhoneSoap 3 phone cleaner and the PhoneSoap Locker to their silent auction, both of which utilize UVC technology to sanitize hand-held devices and kill 99.99% of bacteria. These PhoneSoap products can not only be found in thousands of homes across the world but also in hospitals and medical centers, aiding in the fight against hospital-acquired infections for those whose immune systems may be more susceptible to dangerous bacteria.
If you'd like to learn more about their mission, the Discovery Place website is a great resource for more information. The website even includes an educational blog for those that aren't able to visit the museums and the opportunity to donate to the program via online donations.
