The lightbulbs we use in our products have a lifespan of 4,000 hours - which is 240,000 minutes! That means you can use your PhoneSoap 3 about 24,000 times before the bulbs burn out. If the bulbs happen to burn out or crack before then, we'll replace them at no cost to you so you can keep on sanitizing.

We offer a one-year limited warranty on our products. You can also extend the warranty another year by purchasing the Extended Warranty Plan with your product. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Love it of course. The blue indicator light on the lid is clear to see so you know when the cycle finished. The only negative is that we have to keep the lid open on the unit, otherwise, it automatically turns on for a cycle (and we don't want to waste one use of the device UV light).

How do I charge my phone while using PhoneSoap?

With the PhoneSoap 3, there is a USB port in the back of the unit to plug in your charging cord. You can charge and sanitize simultaneously, and when the sanitizing cycle is complete, your phone will continue to charge.

Can I keep the case on my phone?
