Shipping policy

This policy explains how we process and ship orders placed at phonesoap.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below and to our Terms of Service.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, promotions, or product launches, processing may take a little longer. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Shipping options and carriers
At checkout you can choose from the available shipping speeds (for example, standard or expedited). Delivery time depends on the option selected plus the processing time above. We ship using a variety of trusted carriers and select the carrier for each order to get it to you reliably; specific carrier selection is not guaranteed. Any free-shipping offers or shipping rates that apply to your order will be shown at checkout.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact our support team at cs@phonesoap.com with your order number and we'll help you make it right. If you added Redo package protection at checkout, your shipment is covered. Even if you didn't, please reach out — we'll still do our best to help resolve any carrier issue.
Shipping addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim it, we can reship it once you cover any additional shipping costs.
International shipping
We ship to the United States and to most countries worldwide. Available destinations, currencies, and rates are shown at checkout. International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
IMPORTANT — International orders: import duties, taxes & customs fees. For orders shipped outside the United States, the buyer (consignee) is the importer of record and is responsible for all import duties, taxes, tariffs, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost and are not collected by PhoneSoap. They are set and collected by your local customs authority and must be paid by you, typically before delivery. By placing an international order, you authorize PhoneSoap (and any customs broker we delegate) to import the goods on your behalf, and you agree to pay these charges in addition to the purchase price. Customs policies vary widely by country — please check with your local customs office before ordering. Refused or unclaimed international packages that are returned to us are subject to our Refund Policy (international sales are final).
