I have owned a PhoneSoap Pro for about 6 months now. I am so happy with it, I bought another one to give as a Christmas present. I started off with the basic model and just had to upgrade. It’s worth going with the one that doesn’t have the plastic film (basic one). This model has sticky feet underneath making it easier to open and close. It came in lavender so I just had to have it. It’s more of a grey lilac than lavender. Think of the purple iPhone. I love that the time is cut in half! Sanitizes in 5 minutes and has the option to auto start when closed or push the button instead. As soon as it’s done sanitizing, it smells like hospital lol sterile. Does the job to kill all germs from anything that fits it. I have become officially a germaphobe since covid so I’ve purchased 3 units thus far. More so since I use public transport.

Bigger is better .

We like bigger size than our first one . You guys need to look at hinge design . We bought second one because first one stopped working but my husband was able to get it open and wires were caught in hinge and he fixed it after we got second unit .

Peace of mind with clean phone

Actually I've only had my PhoneSoap Pro for about a week and then one of the uv bulbs on top was bent and it stopped working (red light). When it worked, it really gave me a peace of mind knowing that my phone and its case was clean. I have even put my masks in to be sanitized as well! I'm super grateful for their customer service team. They were able to get me a new one within about a week and a half after I sent it back for repairs. The only change I'd like to see is having a glass panel to protect the top uv bulbs too.

How do I charge my phone while using PhoneSoap Pro?

With the PhoneSoap Pro, there is a USB port in the back of the unit to plug in your charging cord. You can charge and sanitize simultaneously, and when the sanitizing cycle is complete, your phone will continue to charge.
